Metered separately from the subscription: you buy credits and see what each model call used, by organization and by user. Enterprise negotiates a pool.
DesignerEase FTEs
Full-time specialists employed by DesignerEase — carbon accountants, compliance and DPP specialists, merchandisers, HR and payroll officers and more — hired by the month, from $1,100 a month, paid by card.

Suppliers, forwarders and service providers you invite get a free starter dashboard: sign your contract, answer orders and RFQs, share data — and upgrade to a full workspace when they are ready.
Questions
How am I billed?
Monthly in advance, in US dollars, by card or invoice. Prices are before sales tax, VAT or GST, which is added where it applies. Enterprise is billed as agreed in your order form.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Upgrade at any time — the difference is charged for the rest of the month. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid; your data stays available to export for 30 days.
What counts as a named user?
Each person with their own sign-in to your workspace. Invited partners on the free starter dashboard, auditors and verifiers with a private review link, and workers using kiosks or the speak-up link are not named users.
Which plan do I need if my company is both a brand and a manufacturer?
Choose the business type that describes most of your work; Growth and Enterprise can combine organizations of different types. Talk to us and we will confirm the right mix in writing.
Is my data used to train AI?
We do not use your workspace data to train AI models. AI features send only what a request needs to the AI provider, through the providers’ business services, which do not train on that data.
